About us

We are a dynamic duo with many years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouses and planning. This permits us to quickly and precisely evaluate the most suitable solution to unexpected operational situations. Personal involvement is a must for us. Our ideas don’t hover in the theoretical sphere, we solve issues in person and on the spot.

Marek Burza

I have more than 20 years of experience managing logistics centers and warehouses for companies like Rohlík.cz and Lidl, where I also worked as the head of logistics for the Czech Republic segment. My work consisted of budgeting and investment planning, management of small and large teams, operation control or inventory reporting. I deal with complex problems calmly, stress has little effect on me. I enjoy learning about Italian cuisine, skiing and riding a motorbike.

Pavel Tipan

I have spent the last 25 years managing sections, departments, warehouses and logistics centers for companies such as Hutchinson, Lidl, Hortim, PNS and Rohlík.cz. My main job was managing teams of all sizes, across all positions. When I'm not optimizing and implementing new processes, managing operations or training employees, I like to travel the world with my family, relax by fishing or picking mushrooms.
